1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing MapScout Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these tactical terms of service. The service is provided as a B2B intelligence engine for legitimate business discovery.
2. Ethical Usage
Users must comply with all local and international laws regarding data privacy and electronic communications (including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL). Automated scraping of the Service's own endpoints is strictly prohibited.
3. Quotas & Limits
The Search Quota (10 per day) is enforced to ensure system stability and fair resource distribution. Attempting to bypass these limits via technical manipulation may result in permanent IP blacklisting.
4. Disclaimer
MapScout Pro provides data "as-is" from public sources. While our interception engine is optimized for accuracy, we do not guarantee the validity of extracted emails or social links. All outreach performed using this data is the sole responsibility of the user.
